How to Play Blackout Bingo: Step by Step
Each match pairs you against another player competing on the same game format. Watch the called letter-number combinations and tap the matching spaces on your bingo card as quickly and accurately as possible.
Complete horizontal, vertical, diagonal, or four-corner Bingo patterns, then tap the Bingo button to add those points to your score. Faster correct daubs can earn bonus points, while incorrect daubs and invalid Bingo calls reduce your score.
Some matches use two or three bingo cards. Switch between cards during play to mark called numbers, track completed patterns, and avoid missing scoring opportunities. The player with the highest final score wins the match.

Blackout Bingo Power-Ups
Fast, accurate daubs fill your boost meter and unlock power-ups that can help you control the board and increase your score. Available power-ups may vary by match type.
Free Daub: Select one free space on your card. The selected number remains in the call queue and may still be called later.
Golden Ball: Pause the match clock for 10 seconds and choose one of four available letter-number combinations. Your choice is removed from your call queue and replaced with another number.
2x Multiplier: Double qualifying points for 10 seconds. Activating another multiplier while one is active resets the timer but does not increase the multiplier beyond 2x.
Stopwatch: Add 10 seconds to the remaining match time.
Snowflake: Freeze the game board for 10 seconds, giving you time to review and catch up across your cards.
How Blackout Bingo Scoring Works
Your final score reflects your speed, accuracy, completed Bingo patterns, power-up use, and remaining time.
Correct daubs: Each correctly marked number earns 100 points.
Speed bonuses: Fast daubs can earn up to 75 additional points, for a total of up to 175 points per daub.
Bingo points: Each completed Bingo earns 1,000 points. Additional Bingos on the same card receive increasing bonuses.
Time bonus: After blacking out your card, each second remaining adds 100 points to your score.
Penalties: An incorrect daub subtracts 25 points, while calling Bingo without a valid pattern subtracts 100 points.
